Job Matching and Skills Validation
To ensure the right fit, we ask candidates to complete a short skills test lasting approximately 60 minutes. This helps validate your expertise, especially in the Data Analytic tools that employers demand you have on Day 1 of your employment. We are also evaluating your soft skills such as “story telling” from the data. The test is not a “pass” or “fail” but the way you answer the questions will help us understand where you are with your skills and what you may need to develop to get hired. We recognize that all candidates may not fully complete every element of the test, but it will show both you and us where improved skills would be useful, especially to be able to demonstrate to employers your competency level. Yes, we will work with candidates from non-UK countries who require a UK “Skills Visa” for a role in the UK. This will not prevent us putting candidates forward to clients, but the decision on whether to sponsor a candidate will be the decision of the employer alone.
